Our Story
Started with flour,
built with community.
In 2019, we sold our first loaf at the Twin Lakes market for $6. It was a dense rye sourdough — imperfect crust, generous crumb holes, and a flavor that made people stop and turn around. That moment told us something: people here wanted real food, made with real time.
We opened our first small kitchen six months later. No investors, no franchise playbook — just a commitment to slow fermentation, honest ingredients, and treating every customer like a neighbor. That kitchen is now our home, and the community that gathered around our bread has become family.
Every loaf that leaves our oven carries that same intention: bake it like someone you care about is going to eat it. Because they are.
